Aubergine’s Wristers

What do you think of this wicked idea from Belinda W: “I would really like to knit Aubergine’s wristers. CTH/Ptoluck Yarn’s sock-weight yarn would be the perfect weight, washable (for when they get dirty from use!) and the tighter spin would wear well. The incorporation of the circle of stones for protection in the form of beads placed while knitting (maybe in the form of the “evil eye” symbol that has become popular?) would add an element of magic that is less obvious and more elegant than the traditional jewelry. And, as a selling point, the beads could be included as part of the purchase.”
