Dreaming of Shetland is a fundraiser for Deborah Robson, a wool and fiber educator. The new e-book is the brainstorm collaboration of designers Donna Druchunas and Anne Berk and will be available in July. It includes patterns donated by well known designers such as Franklin Habit, Beth Brown Reinsel and Myrna Stahaman, among others.
The colorway for the Dreaming of Shetland yarn was developed and handpainted by Cheryl Potter of Cherry Tree Hill Yarn and all profits go to the Dreaming of Shetland research project which begins September 1st.
The Blended Threads Fall Fiber Retreat October 28-November 1 will be the first stop for Deborah on her return trip from the Shetlands. Join the fun at Explore 4 on the Eastern Shore with Deborah and special guest Cheryl Potter, who will be hosting the Halloween Party the night of October 31st.
Join Cheryl for a reading, book signing and trunk show of the first book of the Potluck Yarn Trilogy, The Broken Circle: Yarns of the Knitting Witches.
