Dyeing to Knit With Colorways Class

The final session of Dyeing to Knit kicked off Saturday at Cherry Tree Hill. After a morning lecture with a workshop that included color theory as both yoga lesson and mantra, the students worked out colorways on paper with colored pencils and pens and then learned how to personalize them using two different techniques on two very different yarns.

They learned the true meaning of Cheryl’s phrase “Yarn is a finished product!”
