The Festival Ends

When the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival closed on Sunday, we had sold more than 50 Broken Circle novels and pattern books and sold out of Winter Wheat’s Highland Lace Scarf and Skye’s Elfin Lace Shawl kits. We hope to dye the yarns for these kits this weekend so that we can fill any back orders and replenish our stock.

Deb and Bobbi came by with Patton one more time to check on Deb’s new colorway, Dreaming of Shetland.  We had dyed it in a baby alpaca yarn for the show and all profits go toward research for Deb’s new book about breed specific sheep in the Shetland Islands.  The colorway has become so popular that we have decided to include it in the Companion Pattern Book for Book Two: The Secrets of The Lost Caves.

Thanks to everyone who came by to visit us in Maryland.  If you signed up for our Potluck Newsletter, you will be getting a 10% discount coupon soon!
